[MHN] Boy band TEEN TOP's member Niel, is cast as the lead role for a new music film titled 'SWAG'. It will be the singer's film debut.
'SWAG' is a stylish music romance film of a young rich boy growing into taking music seriously as a career. Niel took the role as the lead who was born with a gold spoon in his mouth but transforms into a true artist by overcoming hardships and heartbreaks.
The movie first started filming on 14th of May and will be shot all around Korea and some scenes in Los Angeles. The clean-cut visuals, well-written story and theme songs are all expected to create a great movie of this year.
Niel shared, "I do feel pressure being cast as the lead role but it's a music film and I can relate to it more because I'm a singer too. I want to perform well of this character who grows into a great artist."
Niel is now preparing TEEN TOP's July concert, '2018 TEEN TOP NIGHT IN SEOUL' and furthering his career performing on musical stages and in films.
